Change a few strings in a few repo files and run an apt update/dist-upgrade and you have a new OS. Pretty impressive, Debian.

Too be clear:
1. sed -i "s|stretch|buster|g" /etc/apt/sources.list
2. sed -i "s|stretch|buster|g" /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*
3. apt update
4. apt dist-upgrade

Dang. That's clean. As much as I may like Fedora, that's _much_ cleaner than dnf's upgrade path.
